Do you want to do more seated dance with your residents but don’t know your Cha cha cha from your Charleston?

Keep your residents moving and grooving with our monthly seated dance video subscription.

You will receive one set of choreographed seated dance routines per month. Each set will be 15 minutes long with different music and styles of dance. Perfect for keeping your residents active, engaged and opportunity to reminisce about dancing days gone by. This could be a group or one to one activity.

Videos will be sent across via Dropbox group and can be watched as many times as you would like during the month.
