Keep Dancing

29th September 2020

Our dance workshops can be delivered in a standing or seated capacity and encourage individuals to move and dance, watch dance demonstrations and reminisce about dancing days gone by to a whole array of familiar music. Our variety of props ensure that residents also enjoy a sensory experience.

Our workshops aim to encourage the sharing of dance experiences using creative expressive dance and movement and to celebrate dancing together in the moment. Our workshops are delivered nonverbally which alleviates any anxiety of not hearing or understanding instructions.
