Check out our Elf -ing around in our blog and photo gallery from this year’s Xpress-Yourself Dance CIC Elf Day!
Across the first 2 weeks of December, once again our wonderful dancers took part in Alzheimer’s Society Elf day raising money and awareness for those effected by Alzheimer’s disease. In our Keep Dancing classes our dancers dressed up in their Elf outfits, Christmas jumpers and festive headbands! They certainly would of fitted right in at the North Pole! ☃️
Alzheimer’s disease is a physical disease that damages the brain and eventually causes dementia. Symptoms of dementia include memory loss, confusion, problems with language, and changes in behaviour.
