Xpress-YourELF 2024

Check out our Elf -ing around in our blog and photo gallery from this year’s Xpress-Yourself Dance CIC Elf Day!

Across the first 2 weeks of December, once again our wonderful dancers took part in Alzheimer’s Society Elf day raising money and awareness for those effected by Alzheimer’s disease. In our Keep Dancing classes our dancers dressed up in their Elf outfits, Christmas jumpers and festive headbands! They certainly would of fitted right in at the North Pole! ☃️

Alzheimer’s disease is a physical disease that damages the brain and eventually causes dementia. Symptoms of dementia include memory loss, confusion, problems with language, and changes in behaviour. Dementia is a progressive disease where symptoms may appear mild at first but gradually get worse over time. For more information about Dementia click here

This year, our Xpress-YourELF campaign raised £400.38, which is amazing! Thank you to everyone who has donated so far due to your generosity and turn out on Elf day we can see that dementia is truly something that touches all of our hearts. If you would still like to donate to the Elf Day campaign, you can follow the link here to our Just Giving page.
