Dementia Friendly Tea Dances

We’re delighted to announce the launch of Together in Time, a series of dementia-friendly tea dances, made possible thanks to funding from Edgbaston NNS.

The dances will take place at Quinton Methodist Church, with the first session scheduled for Monday 17th November, from 2:00–4:00 pm.

These sessions are completely free and warmly welcome people living with dementia and their carers. Join us for an afternoon of gentle dancing, social time, tea, and cake—a perfect way to connect, move, and enjoy a relaxed, supportive environment.

We would be very grateful if you could share this information with your service users and within your networks. Please see the attached flyer for full details.

As part of this project, we also have funding to offer free creative dance sessions specifically suitable for people living with dementia. If this is something you or someone you know would like to find out more about, please get in touch via hello@xpress-yourself.co.uk.
