Delivering dance in the community since 2013, Xpress-Yourself is one of the West Midlands leading dance companies specialising working with older adults. Whether seated or standing Xpress-Yourself work inclusively to ensure that Everyone is a dancer.

Our aim is to ensure that we make dance accessible for all no matter the age or ability of an individual. Xpress-Yourself run weekly Keep Dancing classes which are suitable for over 60’s face to face and online. Xpress-Yourself are a dementia and disability friendly organisation and our inclusive workshops are delivered in care homes, hospitals, day centres and dementia cafes.

Committed to improving the health and well-being of older adults and those living with disabilities and dementia, our staff team are passionate about working inclusively and delivering high quality dance experiences.

Established by Faye O’Connor, Xpress-Yourself sets to inspire individuals that everyone can enjoy dance no matter what their age or ability.
